REFRESHING ORANGE COOLER

Steps:

• In a half gallon pitcher, combine all ingredients. Add enough water to make 1/2 gallon. Mix well, allowing sugar to dissolve. Chill until desired temperature.

GREEN TEA AND ORANGE COOLER

Steps:

• Add 4 cups water to a saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from the heat, add the tea bags and let steep for 7 minutes. Remove the tea bags and stir in the agave nectar. Let the tea cool before adding it to a large pitcher along with 2 cups ice and 2 more cups water. Add the orange slices before serving.

ORANGE-VODKA HERBAL COOLER

Steps:

• Bring the sugar and 2 cups water to a boil in a medium saucepan over high heat, and cook until the sugar is dissolved. Remove from the heat, and stir in the basil, mint, tarragon and orange peel. Let cool to room temperature, then cover and refrigerate until cold, at least 4 hours and up to 24 hours.
• Strain the syrup into a pitcher, discarding the solids.
• Fill six tall glasses with crushed ice. Add a few tablespoons of the syrup to each, then stir in 2 tablespoons of the orange juice and a shot of vodka. Top off with club soda, and garnish with an orange twist and a mint sprig. Serve the remaining syrup to sweeten as desired; leftover syrup can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

ORANGE COOLER PIE

Steps:

• Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter or margarine, and 3 tablespoons white sugar. Mix well. Press into a 9 inch pie plate. Place in freezer.
• Beat together half and half and 1/2 cup white sugar for about 2 minutes. Add undiluted orange juice concentrate, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Beat for 1 minute. Add ice cream, and beat an additional 2 minutes. Pour filling into prepared pie crust.
• Freeze for several hours or overnight. Just before serving, garnish with whipped cream and orange sections if desired.

Steps:

• In a half-gallon pitcher, combine orange juice concentrate, lemon juice and sugar. Stir in enough water to make 1/2 gallon.

Steps:

• In a stainless steel or enameled saucepan, combine orange rind, sugar and water. Bring to a boil, stirring until the sugar is dissolved. Simmer for 5 minutes. Let the syrup cool and strain into a large bowl. Stir in bourbon, orange juice and lemon juice. Chill until cold. Transfer to a punch bowl set in a hollowed-out block of ice. Stir in champagne. Garnish the punch with cherries and orange slices.

ORANGE COOLER IN SHELL

Steps:

• Slice off the top 1/3 of the orange and cut out the fruit. Leave 45ml juice remaining in the orange. Shake all ingredients including the orange juice weill with some craked ice.
• Strain in to the orange shell and serve with a straw.
