- Heat oven to 375°F.
- Mix flour, dry pudding mix and baking soda until blended. Beat butter, sugars and vanilla in large bowl with mixer until blended. Add eggs; mix well. Gradually add flour mixture, mixing well after each addition. Stir in morsels.
- Drop tablespoons of dough, 2 inches apart, onto baking sheets.
- Bake 8 to 10 min. or until edges are golden brown. Cool on baking sheet 3 min. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Combine flour, pudding mix, baking soda, pumpkin pie spice, and salt in a bowl.
- Combine butter, pumpkin, white sugar, and brown sugar in a large bowl; beat with an electric mixer until fluffy. Beat in eggs, honey, and vanilla extract until incorporated. Mix in the dry ingredients slowly, being careful not to overmix. Stir in the white chocolate chips and pumpkin spice-flavored candies by hand. Drop tablespoonfuls of dough 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets.
- Bake in the preheated oven until edges are browned and set, about 10 minutes. Cool on the baking sheets for 3 to 4 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.

- In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy, 5-7 minutes. Beat in eggs. In another bowl, whisk flour and pie spice; gradually beat into creamed mixture. Divide dough in half. Shape each into a disk. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour or until firm enough to roll., Preheat oven to 350°. On a lightly floured surface, roll each portion of dough to 1/4-in. thickness.
