1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) JELL-O Pumpkin Spice Flavor Instant Pudding
1 tsp. baking soda
1 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 pkg. (12 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375°F.
  • Mix flour, dry pudding mix and baking soda until blended. Beat butter, sugars and vanilla in large bowl with mixer until blended. Add eggs; mix well. Gradually add flour mixture, mixing well after each addition. Stir in morsels.
  • Drop tablespoons of dough, 2 inches apart, onto baking sheets.
  • Bake 8 to 10 min. or until edges are golden brown. Cool on baking sheet 3 min. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Additional sugar
PUMPKIN DIP:
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
2 cups canned pumpkin pie mix
2 cups confectioners' sugar
1/2 to 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

Steps:

  • Cream butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and molasses. Combine next 6 ingredients; add to creamed mixture and mix well. 2 cups sugar
2 large eggs, room temperature
2-3/4 cups all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons pumpkin pie spice
Cinnamon sugar, optional

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy, 5-7 minutes. Beat in eggs. In another bowl, whisk flour and pie spice; gradually beat into creamed mixture. Divide dough in half. Shape each into a disk. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour or until firm enough to roll., Preheat oven to 350°. On a lightly floured surface, roll each portion of dough to 1/4-in. thickness.
