Steps:

  • Cook cauliflower
  • In casserole dish, layer butter, sour cream and butter; repeat until cauliflower used up.
  • Top layer should be sour cream.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for one hour or until sour cream turns brown.
  • Salt to taste.
