Steps:
- Cut the watermelon plank into quarters
- Using a paring knife, cut a slit in the bottom of the rind of each quarter and insert a popsicle stick into the watermelon slice
- Lay the watermelon slices on a rimmed sheet tray
- Pour tequila, orange liqueur and lime juice into the tray and shake it around to "mix" the liquids
- Freeze for 4 hours or overnight

If pressed for an answer, strawberries would be my favorite fruit, and I'd almost always choose a boozy beverage made with strawberry over, well...anything else. I'm also a huge tequila lover, which makes these pops a no brainer. Studded with lime slices and strawberries, these pops are the most refreshing thing ever on a hot sunny day. You know, this is one of those times when being a grownup is really awesome.

- To make the fresh strawberry puree, puree the strawberries in a blender or food processor with a few tablespoons of water. Pour through a fine-mesh sieve and press with a spoon to release all the juice.
- Combine the sugar and 1 cup of the strawberry puree in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a simmer, whisking so the sugar dissolves. Simmer for 1 to 2 minutes, then turn off the heat. Stir in the fruit punch, lime juice, tequila and Grand Marnier.
- Fill each ice-pop mold with a lime slice. Pour the strawberry mixture over top. Freeze according to your ice-pop maker's directions, for at least 4 to 6 hours. Serve with a sprinkle of sea salt.
WATERMELON MARGARITA POPS
You'll want to serve Watermelon Margarita Pops with a side of sea salt for sprinkling on top, but be careful! You'll have to slurp it up before the ice melts.

- Pierce the rind of each watermelon wedge with the tip of a paring knife to make a 1/2-inch-wide slit that is about 1 inch deep. Combine the tequila, lime juice and agave in an extra-large resealable plastic bag. Add the watermelon, seal the bag and turn it over gently to combine. Refrigerate, turning over once more halfway through, for about 1 hour.
- Line 2 baking sheets with wax paper. Insert an ice-pop stick into the slit of each watermelon wedge. Put on the prepared baking sheets and freeze until solid, 4 hours to overnight. Serve with lime wedges and chile powder.

- Sprinkle gelatin over boiling water and immediately stir until dissolved, about a minute.
- Use an ice cream scoop to remove red watermelon flesh; measure out 4 cups and add any juice left in scooped watermelon half.
- Whirl watermelon with sugar and lemon juice in blender then strain, reserving juice.
- Thoroughly stir in dissolved gelatin. (There should be about 4 cups) Measure into cups or moulds and insert sticks or plastic spoons.
- Freeze several hours until frozen.
- Store sealed in freezer-weight plastic bag for up to 2 weeks.

- Cut 1 lime into 12 wedges; reserve for garnishes. If desired, coat the rim of each glass with sugar: Cut remaining lime into wedges. Using these wedges, moisten the rims of 12 margarita or cocktail glasses. Sprinkle sugar on a plate; hold each glass upside down and dip rim into sugar. Discard remaining sugar., Place half the watermelon in a blender; cover and process until pureed (this should yield 3 cups).
