- This eggless mayo recipe is so easy - you simply combine all of the ingredients to create the perfect DIY vegan mayo.
- If you're using a small personal blender to make the perfect eggless mayonnaise, simply add everything to the blender cup and attach the criss-cross blade. Blend the ingredients together for approximately 1 minute, then taste and serve (or add more salt, if needed).
- To use an immersion blender for this egg-free mayo, add all the ingredients into a 2-cup measuring jug or a mason jar (or another tall, straight container). Use your immersion blender to blend everything together for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Stop when the mixture turns creamy, then taste.
- If you're using a regular blender for this homemade vegan mayo, it's well worth doubling the recipe for the best results! As with the other methods, place all of the ingredients in the blender, then process until the mixture turns smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
