ALOO MAGGI NASHTA
Aloo Maggi is an innovative version of the regular Maggi noodles. It is delicious and filling and a perfect breakfast recipe.

Steps:
- In a bowl, grate the boiled potatoes. Add all-purpose flour, semolina, chopped coriander, black pepper powder, salt, and sesame seeds. Mix everything correctly and make a dough.
- After the contents are correctly mixed, add some oil to it. Roll the mixture for the oil to coat it. Keep it aside.
- Heat a pan and add water and Maggi masala to it. Then put the noodles cake and ketchup in it. Let it cook and keep it aside.
- Dust some flour over the rolling board. Take a portion of the dough and roll it with a rolling pin in a flatbread (roti).
- Put a portion of the cooked noodles on the side and fold it in half, as shown. Then pack the roti from the corners.
- Heat oil in another pan. Put the roti in it and shallow fry it from both sides till it turns golden brown.
- Also, Maggi is ready. Serve it with ketchup.
