BACON CHEESEBURGERS
This takes a little more effort than the average cheeseburger, but is well worth it! Serve on buns with your favorite condiments.

Steps:
- Preheat a grill for high heat.
- Place bacon in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry, stirring occasionally. When the bacon is almost done, add the onion. Cook until the bacon is crisp, and the onion is tender. Remove onion and bacon from the pan with a slotted spoon, and transfer to a food processor. Pulse a couple of times to chop finely. Do not puree. Pour into a large bowl, and mix with steak sauce and ground chuck using your hands. Form into 16 patties.
- Place patties on the grill, and cook for 5 minutes per side, or until well done. Place a slice of cheese on top of each one during the last minute.

BACON CHEESEBURGER BURRITO

Steps:
- Fry the bacon in a medium high saucepan or pot for 5 minutes. Add a splash of water to render the fat. Continue cooking for an additional 3-4 minutes or until the bacon has reached the consistency you like. Extract the bacon from the grease and set aside.
- Cook the ground beef in a medium high pan until the beef has fully browned. Extract the liquid keeping the beef in the pan.
- Add the onions to the beef and cook until the onions start to soften about 5 minutes
- Turn the heat to low, add half the cheese, ketchup, mustard and pickled and mix well until the cheese has melted. Separate the remaining cheese in half.
- Place the tortilla on a flat surface. Spread half the cheese around the surface of each tortilla. Place on a microwave safe plate on microwave for about a minute or until the cheese has melted. Place tortilla on a cutting board.
- Add half the mixture to the center of the tortillas. Place 2 sticks of cheese in the center (of each tortilla) of the burger mixture. Roll the tortillas making sure the burritos are fully closed.
- On a low pan, fry the burritos for about 3 minutes seam side down sealing them. Enjoy!

- Brown the ground beef in a medium saucepan. Once the beef is brown, add the cooked bacon pieces.
- In a small bowl, whisk the ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Mix into the ground beef.
- Lay the tortilla flat and put desired toppings on. I put the cheese, Lettuce, tomato, and ground beef. Roll it up like a burrito.
- Place on a panini press or grill until the cheese is melted.

- Cook instant rice with chicken broth according to package directions.
- Brown ground beef with onions in a skillet and season with Worcestershire Sauce and garlic salt to taste. Add bacon bits to skillet until heat until warmed through.
- In a large mixing bowl melt Velveeta cubes. Add Ro*Tel, rice and meat mixture to the melted cheese and stir until well blended. Place mixture into tortillas and top with favorite burrito toppings.

BACON CHEESEBURGER TACOS
I made these up one night when I was confronted with a pound of ground beef and didn't want to make either burgers or tacos ... so why not combine the two? I used the white corn taco shells that come 12 in a 4.6 oz. box so they're kind of small; if you use larger shells the yield will be less; yield also depends on how much you fill 'em up! Also, a little of the tangy "taco sauce" I created goes a long way.

- In a saucepan, cook the diced bacon until lightly crisp; pour off all but about a half tablespoon of bacon grease.
- Add ground beef and green onions and cook together until beef is thoroughly cooked through, then stir in chili powder, salt, pepper and Liquid Smoke and cook together another 10 minutes.
- Combine the"taco sauce" ingredients in a small bowl.
- Assemble tacos: Fill taco shells with bacon-ground beef, then a drizzle of the taco sauce then shredded sharp cheddar cheese.
- Heat in an oven or microwave until cheese is melted (has to be like a real cheeseburger, you know- LOL!), then add lettuce, tomato and onion.
- Yum!
BACON CHEESEBURGER MACARONI
I came up with this combination after making Recipe #94597 and having a lot of meat left (I didn't put all of it in the shells because only two of us were home at the time). I was afraid that I'd end up throwing out the meat so I decided to make Bacon Cheeseburger Macaroni. Hope you enjoy it as much as my family did!
