1 (4-serving size) package strawberry gelatin (recommended: Jell-o)
1 cup boiling water
1 cup strawberry juice (recommended: Kearn's)
1 cup peach juice (recommended: Kearn's)
1/2 cup pear juice (recommended: Kearn's)
Ice cubes, optional
1 1/2 cups vodka, optional
Peach and pear slices, for garnishing

Steps:

In a large heatproof pourable container, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add juices and vodka, if using, and stir to combine. Pour over ice cubes into tall glasses and garnish with peach or pear slices.

2 kiwis, peeled, 1 muddled, 1 cut into small pieces for garnish
1 cup fresh strawberry, 1/2 cup muddled, 1/2 cup cut into small pieces for garnish
1/2 cup blackberries
4 cups ice
1 1/2 cups white wine (recommended: Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc)
3 ounces orange-flavored liqueur (recommended: Cointreau)
1-ounce fresh lemon juice
3 ounces simple syrup (plus more depending on sugar level of berries)

Steps:

In a large mixing glass muddle 1 kiwi, 1/2 cup muddled strawberries and 1/2 cup blackberries. Fill halfway with ice, wine, orange-flavored liqueur, lemon juice and simple syrup. Shake and pour into 2 nice big wine glasses filled with ice. Garnish with kiwi and strawberries slices.

Yield Makes about 5 cups berry purée.

Number Of Ingredients 6

Ingredients

2 cups strawberries, hulled
2 cups raspberries, picked over
2 1/2 cups fresh orange juice
1/2 cup superfine sugar plus additional to taste
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice, or to taste
seltzer water or club soda

Steps:

In a blender blend berries, orange juice, 1/2 cup sugar, and lime juice until smooth. Force purée through a fine sieve into a large measuring cup or bowl, pressing hard on solids. Chill purée, covered, until cold and stir in additional sugar.(Purée keeps, covered and chilled, 2 days.)
Fill tall glasses with ice and add enough berry purée to fill each glass by three quarters. Top off drinks with seltzer water or club soda and stir well.

Ingredients

1 10-ounce package frozen sweetened raspberries in syrup, thawed
1 10-ounce package frozen sweetened strawberries in syrup, thawed
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
3 cups black cherry juice
2 cups currant-flavored vodka or plain vodka
2 cups sparkling water
3 cups ice cubes
Optional garnish: Fresh mint sprigs

Steps:

Combine thawed raspberries with syrup, strawberries with syrup, and lemon juice in processor. Purée until smooth. Strain liquid into pitcher; discard solids in strainer. Add cherry juice and vodka. Stir well. (Can be made 6 hours ahead. Chill.)
Stir sparkling water and ice cubes into pitcher. Pour cooler into cocktail glasses. Garnish with mint, if desired.

1 cup strawberry, fresh
1/2 cup raspberries, fresh
1/4 cup blueberries, fresh
3/4 cup frozen apple juice concentrate
1 2/3 cups carbonated water, chilled
ice cube

Steps:

In blender container combine berries and apple juice concentrate.
Cover and blend until smooth.
Pour into pitcher and slowly stir in carbonated water.
Pour over ice cubes or Berry Ice Cubes in tall, chilled glasses.
Serve immediately.
Optional: Fill 2 ice-cube trays with fresh berries, add water and freeze until firm.
Add to cooler as a substitute for ice cubes.
