Steps:
- In a small saucepan combine the cranberries, water and sugar and bring to a simmer over medium heat.
- Reduce the heat to low and continue to cook for about 10 minutes, until the sugar is completely dissolved and the cranberries burst and soften. Set aside and allow to cool.
- Once the mixture has cooled, strain it, pressing on the cranberries to extract as much liquid as possible. Discard the cranberries or save them for another use.
- Place 10 mint leaves and 1 ½ tablespoon of lime juice into a glass. Muddle the mint in the juice by pressing the mint leaves with the end of a wooden spoon.
- Add in 2 ounces (60 ml) of cranberry simple syrup, 2 ounces (60 ml) of white rum and stir.
- Top with ice cubes, and 2 ounces (60 ml) of sparkling water.
- Garnish with a few mint leaves, fresh cranberries and a slice of lime.
- Enjoy!

- Combine the cranberry juice, agave and mint in a medium saucepan over medium heat just until it comes to a boil. Whisk to combine, then cover and steep until the cranberry juice tastes like mint, 3 to 5 minutes. If not sweet enough for your liking, add a bit more syrup. Strain out the mint and pour the liquid into a pitcher.
- Stir the rum and lime juice into the pitcher and refrigerate until cold.
- To serve, add 3 to 4 mint leaves, a few cranberries and ice to lowball or wine glasses. Pour in the chilled drink, then top off with a splash of sparkling water or ginger ale. Enjoy!

- First, prepare rosemary simple syrup. Place honey, water, and rosemary in a small saucepan. Turn heat to medium/high and bring to a boil.
- Once boiling, turn down to low and let simmer for 10 minutes. Set aside.
- Next, place mint leaves and lime juice in a mason jar and muddle mint leaves in the lime juice to release flavors.
- Then, add the rosemary simple syrup, cranberry juice, rum, and a handful of ice. Put the top on and shake, mixing everything together.
- Fill 2 glasses with ice and then pour cranberry mojito equally into the glasses.
- Top off both drinks with sparkling water.
