KIM'S GARLIC BREADSTICKS
These are great breadsticks to make. They taste great and are easy to make. If you are an Olive Garden® lover, then you will LOVE these.

Steps:
- Dissolve yeast and sugar in 1/4 cup warm water in a large bowl. Let stand until the yeast softens and begins to form a creamy foam, about 15 minutes. Add flour, 1 1/4 cup warm water, 2 tablespoons softened butter, and 1 tablespoon salt; knead until dough is well mixed and soft, about 3 minutes.
- Roll dough into a 2-foot log. Cut into 16 equal pieces, about 1 1/2 inches wide. Knead each piece and shape into a 6-inch breadstick. Arrange breadsticks on a baking sheet; let rise for about 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Mix 3 tablespoons melted butter and garlic powder together in a bowl; brush onto breadsticks.
- Bake breadsticks in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 15 minutes. Immediately brush with remaining melted butter mixture; sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt.

GARLIC STEAK WITH GARLIC

- Whisk minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper in a bowl, then pour into a resealable plastic bag. Add the steaks, coat with the marinade, squeeze out excess air, and seal the bag. Marinate in the refrigerator for 8 hours or overnight.
- Combine 12 garlic cloves and 1 cup olive oil in a small saucepan over low heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, until garlic is golden and tender, about 30 minutes. Set aside.
- Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat, and lightly oil the grate. Remove steaks from bag, wiping off excess marinade with paper towels. Generously season steaks with salt and black pepper.
- Cook the steaks on the prepared grill until they start to firm and are reddish-pink and juicy in the center, about 5 minutes per side. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read 130 degrees F (54 degrees C). Remove steaks to a plate and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Drizzle balsamic vinegar over steaks, then spoon a few cloves of oil-roasted garlic on top.

- For Chimichurri sauce: Place first 7 ingredients in a food processor; process until finely minced. With processor on, slowly pour oil and 1 tablespoon of water through food chute; process until well blended.
- For Steak: Prepare grill to medium-high heat.
- Rub steak evenly with salt, pepper, and garlic. Place steak on grill rack coated with cooking spray; cover and grill 6 minutes. Turn steak over; cover and grill 4 minutes or until desired degree of doneness. Remove steak from grill; cover and let stand 5 minutes.
- Cut steak diagonally across the grain into thin slices. Serve with Chimichurri sauce.
- Serving size = 3 ounces steak and 1 tablespoon sauce.

- In a small bowl stir together chili powder, garlic paste, cumin, and sugar and stir in Worcestershire sauce to make a paste.
- Arrange steaks on a plate large enough to hold them in one layer and rub both sides of steaks with chili paste. Transfer steaks to a large sealable plastic bag. Marinate steaks, chilled, at least 4 hours and up to 2 days.
- Prepare grill.
