4 scallions, white and green parts, minced
2 tablespoons fresh parsley leaves, minced
1 tablespoon fresh dill, minced
1 teaspoon kosher salt
3/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

Steps:

  • Place the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, scallions, parsley, dill, salt, and pepper in the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment and blend. Serve at room temperature.

A creamy mixture of cream cheese, mayo, and sour cream blended together with green onions, fresh parsley, dill, salt, and pepper. Serve with butter crackers or chips!

1 8 oz block of cream cheese, (softened.)
1/2 cup sour cream.
1/2 cup of mayonnaise.
4 stalks of green onions, (white and green parts, chopped very fine.)
2 tbsp of fresh parsley, (minced.)
1 tbsp of dill.
1 tsp salt.
3/4 tsp pepper.

Steps:

  • Prepare by softening your cream cheese. You can let it sit out on the counter for about 10 minutes or so.Put all ingredients into a large bowl and using an electric mixer, mix until well blended. Serve at room temperature with crackers or chips.Enjoy!

Check it out, all of you Ina Garten fans. Update 10/15/06...added crushed red pepper flakes and when made, all I had was cream cheese with scallions & chives, it turned out great!

1/2 cup sour cream, at room temperature
1/2 cup good mayonnaise
3/4 cup chopped scallion, white and green parts (about 3 scallions)
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
crushed red pepper flakes, to taste (optional)

Steps:

  • Place the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, scallions, parsley, dill, salt and peppers in the bowl of a food processor fitted with a steel blade.
  • Pulse 10-12 times, until just blended but not puréed.
  • Serve at room temperature with fresh vegetables, yellow corn chips, and garlic toasted pita chips.
  • Enjoy!
