Steps:
- Preheat oven to 275°F.
- In a large bowl mix together first 4 ingredients (oats - cinnamon).
- Stir in dates and raisins.
- In a small bowl mix together butter, honey and vanilla. Pour mixture over oats/fruit mixture and toss for one minute.
- Spread granola onto a cookie sheet.
- Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until crisp and golden brown.
- Cool and store in an airtight container.

Steps:
- In a large bowl, combine oats and coconut; set aside. In a saucepan, combine the brown sugar, oil, honey and cinnamon; bring to a boil. Remove from the heat and stir in vanilla. Pour over oat mixture; stir to coat. Spread in a large shallow baking pan. , Bake at 350° for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cool. Add raisins. Store in an airtight container.

- In bread machine pan, place the first seven ingredients in order suggested by manufacturer. Select basic bread setting. Choose crust color and loaf size if available. , Bake according to bread machine directions (check dough after 5 minutes of mixing; add 1 to 2 tablespoons of water or flour if needed). Just before the final kneading (your machine may audibly signal this), add the granola and raisins.

- Preheat oven to 300°F. Mix first 7 ingredients in large bowl. Melt butter with honey in heavy small saucepan over low heat. Pour over granola mixture and toss well. Spread out mixture on baking sheet. Bake 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add dates; mix to separate any clumps. Continue to bake until granola is golden brown, stirring frequently, about 15 minutes longer. Cool. Do ahead Can be made 2 weeks ahead. Store airtight at room temperature.
