TEQUILA SUNRISE

Steps:

• Fill a Collins or highball glass with ice. Add the tequila. Add enough orange juice to come almost to the top of the glass; the amount will vary depending on the size of the glass. Gently pour the pomegranate syrup into the glass and serve. Do not stir.
• For Syrup: Place the pomegranate juice, sugar and lemon juice in a 4-quart saucepan set over medium heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the sugar has completely dissolved. Once the sugar has dissolved, reduce the heat to medium-low and cook until the mixture has reduced to 1 1/2 cups, approximately 50 minutes. It should be the consistency of syrup. Remove from the heat and allow to cool in the saucepan for 30 minutes. Transfer to a glass jar and allow to cool completely before covering and storing in the refrigerator for up to 6 months.
• For Molasses: Place the pomegranate juice, sugar and lemon juice in a 4-quart saucepan set over medium heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the sugar has completely dissolved. Once the sugar has dissolved, reduce the heat to medium-low and cook until the mixture has reduced to 1 cup, approximately 70 minutes. It should be the consistency of thick syrup. Remove from the heat and allow to cool in the saucepan for 30 minutes. Transfer to a glass jar and allow to cool completely before covering and storing in the refrigerator for up to 6 months.

MEZCAL SUNRISE

Steps:

• Combine 1 cup mezcal and 3 cups orange juice in a pitcher; pour into 4 tall ice-filled glasses. Add a dash of grenadine to each glass and garnish with orange slices and maraschino cherries.

TEQUILA SUNRISE

Steps:

• Stir or shake together tequila and orange juice. Fill a chilled 12 ounce glass with ice cubes; pour in orange juice mixture. Slowly pour in the grenadine, and allow it to settle to the bottom of the glass (be patient). Garnish with a slice of orange, and a maraschino cherry.

TEQUILA SUNRISE

Steps:

• Pour the grenadine into the base of a tall glass and set aside. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the tequila, triple sec and fruit juices. Shake until the outside of the shaker feels cold.
• Add a few ice cubes to the serving glass then carefully double strain the cocktail into it, trying not to disturb the grenadine layer too much. Add more ice if needed to fill the glass then garnish with a cherry on a stick or cocktail umbrella.

PEACH BLOSSOM SUNRISE

Steps:

• Combine orange juice and peach schnapps in a pitcher; refrigerate until chilled, about 30 minutes.
• Pour about 1/2 cup chilled juice mixture into six 8-ounce glasses; add 2 to 3 ice cubes to each glass. Pour 3 to 4 tablespoons champagne into each glass. Drizzle 1/2 teaspoon grenadine into each drink without stirring. Garnish each glass with a peach slice.

TEQUILA SUNRISE COCKTAIL

Steps:

• Fill a highball glass with 1 1/2 cups ice and set aside.
• Combine tequila and orange juice in a cocktail mixing glass. Add 1 cup ice, stir, and strain into the prepared highball glass. Slowly pour in grenadine and let settle.
• Stir before drinking.

CLASSIC TEQUILA SUNRISE

Steps:

• Fill a collins glass with ice cubes.
• Measure ingredients with jigger. Pour in the tequila first then the orange juice.
• Add a splash of grenadine syrup. Don't stir. The grenadine is a heavy syrup so just let it sink to the bottom to get the sunrise effect.
• Garnish with an orange wedge and cherry. Serve with a straw.

TEQUILA SUNRISE COCKTAIL

Steps:

• In a large pitcher, combine orange juice and tequila. In each of six glasses, place 3 tablespoons pomegranate juice, then ice, then tequila mixture. Serve, stirring just before drinking.

TEQUILA SUNRISE

Steps:

• Combine orange juice, simple syrup, and tequila. Pour 2/3 over ice in a glass. Mix grenadine with remaining mixture and slowly pour into glass. Garnish with a slice of lime.

CORONA® SUNRISE

Steps:

• Open the Corona® bottle and drink to where beer is level with the top of the label.
• Pour in tequila, orange juice, grenadine, and lime juice. Place thumb over top of bottle, turn upside-down and back up to combine.

TEXAS SUNRISE (NONALCOHOLIC)

Steps:

• Start by filling a glass with ice and pouring in 8 oz. fresh-squeezed orange juice. Add 3/4 oz. maraschino syrup and let it settle at the bottom. Garnish with a cherry and a lime wedge.

TECUMSEH SUNRISE

Steps:

• In a 12-ounce glass, pour in the orange juice, amaretto, and Southern Comfort -- stir.
• Add the ice cubes.
• Slowly pour in the grenadine (which will go to the bottom of the glass). Do not stir. Serve.
