3 TBSP fresh lime juice
1/4 serrano pepper, seeded
3 cups water
Ice
lime slices

  • Combine first 4 ingredients in a blender, process til smooth. Add 3 cups water, cover and fridge the mix overnight. Strain cucumber mix through fine sieve, discard solids. Serve over ice and garnish.

2 English Cucumber
3 Lime
1/3 cup Fresh Mint
1/3 cup Granulated Sugar
5 cup Water

Steps:

  • Make sure all fruit and mint are thoroughly washed. Halve the Lime (3). Cut each English Cucumber (2) in the middle and then slice each half lengthwise.
  • Add the cucumbers, limes, Fresh Mint (1/3 cup), and Granulated Sugar (1/3 cup) into the blender. Keep the skins of the cucumbers and limes on. Pour the Water (4 cup) over. If water doesn't fit in your blender, pour as much as fits.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Strain into a large pitcher. Press on the pulp to get as much juice out as possible.
  • Add the separated Water (1 cup) to the pitcher. If all of the water didn't fit in the blender, add it at this stage.
  • Stir and add more sugar if preferred.
  • Pour directly over ice in glasses or place the pitcher into the fridge for later.

3 English cucumbers, peeled and coarsely sliced
7 limes, juiced to yeild 1/2 cup worth
1/4 cup sugar, or more

Steps:

  • Put 1/2 cup of water in a blender container with 1 cup of sliced cucumber. Blend. Add more cucumber and blend. Continue until all the cucumbers are pureed.
  • Strain the cucumber juice of its seeds into a very large pitcher. Add the remaining water, lime juice, and sugar, to taste. Chill before serving.

Blend until sugar dissolves and mixture is smooth but slushy, about 2 minutes. Transfer mixture to pitcher.
