BLUEBERRY-LEMONADE COOLERS
Blueberries and vodka turn lemonade into a grown-up drink that's a refreshing choice for summer parties.

Steps:
- In large bowl, crush blueberries with sugar, using potato masher. Let stand 20 minutes for syrup to form. Place strainer over small bowl; pour berry mixture into strainer. Press mixture with back of spoon to get as much syrup as possible; discard pulp.
- In large pitcher, stir together blueberry syrup, lemonade concentrate, water and vodka.
- To serve, fill 8 lowball or highball glasses with ice. Divide lemonade among glasses. Garnish with lemon slices.

- In a large heatproof pourable container, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add juices and vodka, if using, and stir to combine. Pour over ice cubes into tall glasses and garnish with peach or pear slices.

- In a blender purée the watermelon pieces and strain the purée through a very fine sieve set over a pitcher, discarding the solids. (There should be about 2-1/3 cups juice). Steps:
- Combine vodka, orange juice, and sparkling water in a pitcher.
- Stir in the fresh oranges.
- Set aside and chill.
- Puree mixed berries, tart cherry juice, and maraschino cherry liquid in a blender or food processor.
- Strain the purée through a sieve into a separate pitcher.
- When ready to serve, pour orange vodka mixture into a glass of ice, leaving some room.
- Top off the drink with the berry liquid and watch it settle to the bottom.
- Garnish with an orange and maraschino cherry.

- Using a small melon baller or spoon, scoop two-thirds of the way down into one of the 2-inch pieces of cucumber, forming a cucumber shot glass. Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Muddle the grape tomatoes, 4 of the basil leaves and remaining cucumber piece in a cocktail shaker until well crushed. Add the vodka, vinegar, lemon juice and some ice to the cocktail shaker and shake until well mixed. Strain into the cucumber shot glass and garnish with the remaining basil leaf.
