DR PEPPER GRILLED STEAK TIPS

Steps:
- If the steak tips are long strips, leave them that way. If they are already cut into pieces, that is fine too. Place in a gallon zip lock bag. Mix 1 cup of the BBQ sauce, all of the vinaigrette, the Dr pepper, vinegar and oil and pour over the meat. Marinate for about 12 hours but no longer that 24.
- When ready to grill, heat grill to high.
- Discard marinade and rinse the beef. Then pat dry, really pressing the paper towels into the meat.
- Oil the grill and the tips and place on the grill for two minutes. Flip and brush on the Dr Pepper BBQ sauce. After two minutes flip again and brush on more Dr Pepper BBQ sauce. Continue with this process using about 2 cups of the BBQ sauce or until the tips are cooked to your desired doneness. Save the remaining cup of BBQ sauce for serving.
- Remove the tips from the grill and let sit 10 minutes before cutting further and serving.
- If you used already cut up tips, serve with the additional BBQ sauce. If you bought the long strips, cut them now into chunks and serve with the BBQ sauce.

- In a small bowl, combine the pepper, onion salt, garlic salt and, if desired, paprika Rub onto both sides of steaks. , Grill, covered, over medium heat until meat reaches desired doneness (for medium-rare, a thermometer should read 135°; medium, 140°; medium-well, 145°), 8-10 minutes on each side.

GRILLED STEAK AND MIXED PEPPERS
Quickly charred shishito peppers and mixed mini sweet peppers flavored with just salt, pepper, and olive oil are a sweet and smoky topping for grilled strip steaks.

- Season steaks on all sides with 2 tsp. kosher salt and 2 tsp. pepper. Let sit at room temperature 1 hour.
- Prepare a grill for medium-high heat; oil grate. Grill steaks until lightly charred and an instant-read thermometer inserted into the thickest part registers 120°F, 6-8 minutes per side for medium-rare. Transfer to a cutting board and let rest 10 minutes before slicing against the grain.
- Meanwhile, grill sweet peppers, turning often, until lightly charred and softened, about 5 minutes. Transfer to a platter and cover with foil. Grill shishitos, turning often, until lightly charred and softened, about 3 minutes. Transfer to platter with sweet peppers and cover with foil. Let rest 10 minutes. Drizzle with 2 Tbsp. oil, then season with 1/2 tsp. kosher salt and 1/4 tsp. pepper and toss to combine.
- Transfer sliced steak to platter alongside peppers. Drizzle with oil, then season with sea salt and pepper.
GRILLED STEAK WITH GARLIC AND HOT PEPPER MARINADE WITH ROASTED TOMATOES WITH CABRALES BLUE CHEESE
Steps:
- For the Marinade:
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- For the steaks:
- Place the steaks in a large shallow baking dish. Pour 1/2 of the marinade over the steaks and turn to coat. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator at least 4 hours or overnight. Cover the remaining marinade and place in the refrigerator. One hour before cooking the steaks, remove marinade from the refrigerator and allow it to come to room temperature. Heat a grill pan over high heat until smoking or heat up an outdoor grill Remove steaks from the marinade, discard marinade, and season with salt and pepper, to taste. Grill for 4 minutes on each side for medium rare doneness. Use the other 1/2 of the marinade to serve with the steaks.
- For the Roasted Tomatoes:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place tomatoes in a baking dish, drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste. Roast until soft, about 15 to 20 minutes. During last 5 minutes of cooking sprinkle the blue cheese over the tomatoes.
GRILLED STEAK WITH PEPPER-PARSLEY RELISH
Steps:
- 1. Heat a grill pan to medium-high.
- 2. Sprinkle the steak with salt and pepper. Place on the hot grill pan, along with the peppers. Grill the steak, turning once, to desired doneness (about 15 minutes for medium). Transfer the steak to a cutting board and let rest while you prepare the relish.
- 3. Use a vegetable peeler or your fingers to peel off the thin skin of the bell peppers. Discard the skin, stems, and seeds, then finely dice the peppers.
- 4. In a medium bowl, stir the vinegar, oil, sugar, and a pinch each of salt and pepper until the sugar dissolves. Stir in the peppers, parsley, and garlic. Serve with the steak.
- 5. Once the stovetop is cool, wipe up any oil splatters with Clorox® Disinfecting Wipes*.
- *Use as directed. For surfaces that may come in contact with food, a potable water rinse is required.
GRILLED STEAK AND BELL PEPPER SALAD

- Prepare barbecue (medium-high heat) or preheat broiler. Sprinkle steak with salt and pepper. Grill about 5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Cool. Halve steak lengthwise. Slice across grain into thin strips.
- Meanwhile, char peppers on barbecue, over gas flame or in broiler until blackened on all sides. Enclose in paper bag; let stand 10 minutes. Peel and seed peppers. Cut into thin strips. Halve strips crosswise.
- Whisk oil, vinegar, garlic and dry mustard in large bowl to blend. Add steak, roasted peppers, watercress and onion; toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper. Chill at least 2 hours or up to 8 hours. Mix in tomatoes and serve.
