1 cup honeydew melon, balls or small chunks,partially frozen
3 ounces white rum
2 ounces Midori melon liqueur
2 teaspoons superfine sugar
2 limes, juice of

Steps:

  • Add all ingredients into the container of an electric blender.
  • Begin mixing on low speed (may need to pulse off and on to get things started) and gradually increase speed until mixture is blended and smooth.

1/3 cup light corn syrup
1/4 to 1/3 cup white rum
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1/2 ripe honeydew melon, seeded and flesh cut into 1/2-inch cubes
Garnish: lime slices

Steps:

  • Purée frozen berries, corn syrup, rum to taste, and lime juice in a blender until slushy. Spoon into 6 (8-ounce) wineglasses or other stemmed shallow glasses and top with melon.
