Sparkling Strawberry Spritzer Recipes

STRAWBERRY SPRITZER

Steps:

• Place the strawberries in a blender; cover and process until pureed. Pour into a large pitcher; stir in the soda and lemonade concentrate. Serve immediately.

SPIKED STRAWBERRY LEMON SPRITZER

Steps:

• In a small saucepan, simmer honey and 1/2 cup water over medium-low heat, 2 minutes. Let cool. Place 1 hulled berry in each of 8 glasses; mash. Fill glasses with ice. In a pitcher, combine honey mixture, vodka, juice and sparkling water; stir. Divide among glasses; garnish with berries and lemon slices.

STRAWBERRY SPRITZERS

Steps:

• In blender, place strawberry halves and liqueur. Cover; blend on high speed about 30 seconds or until smooth.
• Pour about 3 tablespoons strawberry mixture over ice in each of 8 glasses. Stir about 1/3 cup wine and 1/2 cup mineral water into each glass.
• Garnish side of glass with whole strawberry and mint leaves.

STRAWBERRY SPRITZER PUNCH

Steps:

• In blender, place 1/2 cup of the grape juice, 1 can lemonade and 1 bag strawberries. Cover; blend on high speed until smooth. Pour into 4-quart nonmetal container; repeat. Stir in remaining grape juice.
• Cover; freeze at least 4 hours, stirring occasionally. Remove container from freezer 30 minutes before serving. Just before serving, stir in carbonated beverage. Garnish as desired.

Steps:

• In blender container, place the strawberries and liqueur.
• Cover and blend on high speed about 30 seconds or until smooth.
• Fill 8 tall glasses with ice.
• Pour about 3 tablespoons strawberry mixture in each glass over the ice.
• Stir in 1/3 cup wine and 1/2 cup mineral water into each glass.
• Garnish side of glass with whole strawberry and serve.

SPARKLING STRAWBERRY SPRITZER

Steps:

• Place strawberries in container of an electric blender; cover and process until smooth. Combine strawberry puree, grape juice, and sparkling water in a large pitcher; stir well.
• Serve immediately.

SPARKLING SPRITZER BAR

Steps:

• In a small bowl add orange zest and 4 sprigs of mint. In a second bowl add the lime zest and ginger. To a third bowl add 3/4 cup of the raspberries.
• In a pot mix the sugar and 3 cups water. Put over medium heat and bring it to a boil, then evenly divide the sugar syrup among the 3 bowls. Stir each to mix and let cool to room temperature. Pour each mixture into jars or syrup containers and refrigerate until ready to use or up to 2 weeks.
• Set up the Spritzer Bar:
• Set out chilled bottles of sparkling water. Put out plenty champagne flutes or wine glasses. Let people create their own Sparkling Spritzer by mixing about 3 tablespoons of a flavored syrup with some seltzer water and a shot of vodka or Prosecco, if desired. Garnish the drinks with mint sprigs, orange slices or lime slices.

STRAWBERRY RIESLING WINE SPRITZER

Steps:

• In a small saucepan, bring the first 6 ingredients to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 20 minutes. Remove from heat. Cool completely. Strain through a fine-mesh strainer into a small bowl (do not press berries). Refrigerate syrup until chilled. To serve, for each serving fill a tall glass with ice. Add 1/2 cup wine, 1/2 cup club soda and 1/4 cup strawberry syrup. If desired, garnish with additional tarragon.
