WATERMELON LIMEADE VODKA COOLER

Steps:

• 1. In a blender combine the watermelon cubes, lime juice and vodka. Puree until smooth.
• 2. Fill 2 collins glasses with ice and pour the watermelon cooler over top. Garnish with lime slices

VODKA AND WATERMELON COOLER

Steps:

• In a blender purée the watermelon pieces and strain the purée through a very fine sieve set over a pitcher, discarding the solids. (There should be about 2-1/3 cups juice). Stir in the vodka, the Triple Sec, and the lime juice, pour the cooler into long-stemmed glasses filled with ice cubes, and garnish each drink with a watermelon slice.

WATERMELON LIMEADE VODKA COOLER RECIPE

Steps:

• In a blender, combine the watermelon cubes, lime juice and vodka.
• Puree until smooth.
• Fill two collins glass with ice and pour the watermelon cooler over top. Garnish with lime slices. Serve.

WATERMELON LIMEADE

Steps:

• Freeze 2 cups cubed watermelon until solid. Meanwhile, bring 3/4 cup each sugar and water to a boil, stirring to dissolve the sugar. Transfer to a pitcher and refrigerate until cold. Puree 4 more cups cubed watermelon in a blender; strain into the pitcher. Stir in 1 cup lime juice (from about 9 limes) and 2 cups cold seltzer. Add the frozen watermelon and some lime slices.

WATERMELON-CUCUMBER COOLER

Steps:

• Set a large fine-mesh sieve over a large bowl or pitcher. In a food processor or blender, puree watermelon. Pour watermelon puree through sieve, pressing on solids with a rubber spatula (you should have about 2 cups juice). Puree English cucumber and pour through sieve into watermelon juice.
• In a small bowl or measuring cup, stir together lime juice and honey. Add to watermelon and cucumber juices, along with vodka. Adjust sweetness with more honey if desired. To serve, fill four glasses with ice and top each with cocktail. Garnish with cucumber slices.

WATERMELON-LIME COOLER

Steps:

• Place 4 cups frozen watermelon, 1/4 teaspoon lime zest and 2 cups ginger ale in a blender; cover and process until slushy. Serve immediately. Repeat twice.

WATERMELON LIMEADE

Steps:

• Place half of the watermelon cubes in a blender and process until smooth. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve set over a large bowl; discard the solids. Repeat with the remaining watermelon cubes. You should end up with about 1 quart of watermelon juice.
• Add the lime juice and sugar to the watermelon juice, and stir until the sugar has dissolved. Taste, and add more sugar if necessary. Transfer the limeade to a nonreactive pitcher and refrigerate until thoroughly chilled.
• Serve over ice in tumblers, with lime slices for garnish.

WATERMELON LIMEADE

Steps:

• Working in batches, puree in blender watermelon with lime juice and sugar until smooth. Add more sugar, if needed.
• Transfer puree to a pitcher; add vodka, if desired. Cover; chill until ready to serve.
• Stir; pour into tumblers, over ice. Garnish with mint.
